This past weekend we travelled down to Baltimore to sell our line at Artscape, a 3 day Arts festival in the heart of Baltimore city. Here are some pics from the event:
Here’s our booth set up, so spacious and colorful! We even had a changing room in the back.
The plastic raincape from our in-house line was a hit! The gold stripes were drawn by hand with gold enamel marker.
Our friend Jess from Unparagoned Models Inc. stopped by and bought our in-house harem pants!
Margaret got an in-house hand silkscreened polka-dot skirt and our raincape!
A happy customer with our in-house molecula bloomers.
LUNCH!
By the last day of Artscape, most of our inventory had sold. Note all the shirts missing from our display!
We couldn’t have survived Artscape without our best friend Cassie. Thank you for all your help!
We just finished whipping out shirts for The Dogwood, a restaurant located in our neck of the woods, Hampden! The Dogwood specializes in sustainable American cuisine. The shirts are the new uniform of the servers and bussers, and are also on sale for ONLY $20. We dropped them off yesterday and already a bunch have sold. Stop in ASAP to grab a bite to eat and a shirt.
This past weekend was Artscape in Baltimore, which meant tons of people enjoying every art form imaginable! We came, sold, and conquered in the blazing heat at our DIY booth. We sold over 100 pieces of clothing and got our name out. Make sure to like us on Facebook!
Here are some pics from the weekend.
We had all three lines out for sale.
We got a bubble machine for the booth, which little kids really enjoyed.
The reworked vintage skirts, selling for ONLY $24 were a hit!
Fellow designer Virginia, of Deda & Young, stopped by to say hi. She was a tad taller than we remembered.

Natty Paint has been commissioned to design and print 215 T-shirts to be sold at the museum store.
The shirts are red with a fierce yet modern design in the front that fit with the ideals of the museum. Be sure to check out the museum and the museum shop!

For the collection, Natty Paint and BBW decided to go for a bright green shirt with animal themed letters for a vibrant yet fun look!
Baltimore Bicycle Works is located at 1813 Falls Road Baltimore, MD 21201.
This past week, Natty Paint has been busy dressing Sherell Rowe for her album release in August! We worked with Rowe’s producer, Jesse Jackson, from Dark Plant Records for the photo shoot as well.
Jesse and Emily Li Mandri (owner/designer of Natty Paint) found inspiration for the shoot from vintage clothes.
Sherell Rowe is wearing a one of a kind bathing suit that has been altered to make a low neckline. The one piece is adorned with a vintage brooch and the shoulder pieces were constructed from vintage sequins as well.
Tim Coburn was the photographer for the photo shoot. He did an amazing job making Sherell Rowe look stunning in her vintage bathing suit.
Natty Paint will have a booth at ARTSCAPE this summer!!!!
